  1. Eligibility for Returns
    We accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:

The item is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
The return request is made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom or personalized table lamps.
Items marked as final sale or clearance.
Damaged items due to improper handling after delivery (such as broken bulbs or physical damage).

  1. How to Initiate a Return
    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at service@jellycatus.my with your order number and the reason for your return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
Return the Item: Pack the item securely in the original packaging (if possible) and include a copy of your order receipt. Return the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

  1. Return Shipping
    The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or was sent incorrectly. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely. jellycatus.my is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
  2. Refunds
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  3. Exchanges
    At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
  4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
