  1. How do I place an order?
    Placing an order with jellycatus.my is simple! Follow these steps:

Browse our collection of table lamps and select the product you wish to purchase.
Add your selected items to your shopping cart.
Proceed to checkout and provide your shipping and payment information.
Review your order and complete the purchase.
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

  1. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
    Once your order is placed, it is processed quickly to ensure prompt shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after the order has been confirmed. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at service@jellycatus.my. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn’t already been processed or shipped.
  2. How can I track my order?
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your order through the carrier’s website. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.
  3. What should I do if I didn’t receive my order confirmation?
    If you haven’t received your order confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us at service@jellycatus.my with your order details, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
  4. Do you offer gift cards?
    At this time, we do not offer gift cards, but we are continuously working to expand our services. Stay tuned for future updates!
  5. What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?
    If your table lamp arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at service@jellycatus.my with the following details:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the damaged or defective item
We will resolve the issue promptly by either sending a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on your preference.

  1. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
    If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us immediately at service@jellycatus.my. We will do our best to accommodate any address changes before your order is shipped. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
  2. Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
    Currently, we only allow one discount code per order. If you have any issues with applying a promo code, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
  3. Do you offer international shipping?
    At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping options and hope to offer international delivery in the future.
